Why some guys feel tipping is mandatory is beyond me. It's not like they are in the room with you out of the kindness of their heart. They're getting paid on average $100 cash money for their time with you. A tip should only be for exceptional service, or extras.

I tip regardless. We are there for one reason and it’s to get off. You can normalize it and say we are there to “relieve stress” or whatever but the gist of it is we are there to get our rocks off. This girl, regardless of whether you say she’s just in it for the money (isn’t the guy standing behind the counter in it for the money too?) anyway we get our rocks off and go home. This girl has to see guy after sweaty guy. And no offense, I’ve sat in the waiting rooms and let’s be honest... some of you guys are old and stinky and out of shape. But they gotta put a smile on and jerk you silly so you’ll be content. You can say all you want about “she’s just in it for the money”. Most other service industry jobs (bartender, waiter, waitress, etc) tips are all they get, maybe a very low base wage. These girls are already making on avg $100 cash to be in the room with you.
As for the clientele...that's the job.

In Ontario, service industry jobs with tips start off with a base of $12.20. That's higher than the old regular minimum wage. Even if they only receive a 5% tip after paying out the kitchen staff, and they average 8 tables at $40 each (a low estimate for a dinner for two) per night (1 table per hour seems conservative), that's already more than the current minimum wage.

Waiters and bartenders can bitch about how they're not making extremely good money without tips but...that's the job.

Nope, this is not the place mentioned money hungry, the only thing lacking there was the talent. Only a few are worth repeating. They have some new girls now but I haven't tried any of them yet. The new Chines girl with Porsche looks pretty good but English was quite bad when I went in there 3 days ago to inspect the water damage. They will have a hard time competing with La Monny not too far away if they didn't find new talents. Over years of hobbying, I'd assumed this happens to most guys occasionally. Happened for.me more at other chains like Ambassador or AGS, not usually Premier. I guess kinda like Starbucks reward stars...an attendant offers a form of customer appreciation. It's about customer retention. Other times it could be a new girl and she's hoping to turn this into a repeat. I'm not delusional enough to think "I've gotten her so horny she just needs to have me.
