OK I have a question are thee places just bars ? How do they treat non koreans? Is this like walking into a biker bar wearing the wrong colors?(if your not with koreans) How about going with women? Sorry I just moved to Bayside and there has got to be some bars that are better then Bell Blvd.

Well, I have to be honest, it's not going to be easy and will take some time and patient as well as initial investment once you meet a potential girl.
I am in an industry where I deal with a bunch of foreign students and when talking to them, most girls have been approached by generous gents.
Well, I know of a couple of girls who picked up older boyfriends who are financially stable. One girl actually slept with a cell phone store owner because he was nice enough to hook her up with a new iphone. He's probably banging her right now. You never know.

If you want young, foreign civilian gf, I would suggest invest in the time and effort. Hang out at starbucks near FIT or Parsons, or any of the countless language schools spread throughout the city. Show interest in their culture and possibly offer to do language exchange. Maybe you can run into a fresh meat and be her "friend" first before developing that into a relationship. Sure, it's a lot of work, but I guess the rewards can be worthwhile.

If you want an easier way, stop by Envy that I mentioned earlier. Most girls working there are on a student visa and go to language schools. Some of them go to school to maintain their student status and remain legal in the U.S., while some are genuine students who work there to earn money. My friends and I have gotten numbers and met them outside of the club, and there is a definate possibility of more. For example, I got this girl to pose for me nude during first encounter outside of the club since I do photography as hobby. I could've def. gone further, but chose not to. I've been to different room salons, but it's only for drinks and talk. My expectations are very low in those places, as your chances of getting laid are very slim.
Even when they decide to go round 2, it's gonna cost an arm and a leg. 1 bottle of Johnny Walker Black 750ml $300 + girls tip $100-150/girl + madam's tip $50-100 + waiter's tip $50.
each subsequent bottles cost $200 each.

So, for example, if I go with a buddy and drink two bottles (it's easy to drink two bottles, since girls and madam would be downing the shit in order to sell more liquor)

Nyc are mainly talks and drinks. Some in flushing you could take out(behind broadway station. LIRR 164th). but don't expect hot 20s like what you see in Seoul.

chances are you probably wouldn't get anything anyway (regardless of whether you were there with the girl or a bunch of dudes). the girls here are several notches below the top places in seoul (think older 6's and 7's while in seoul you have young 8's and 9's). it's expensive as hell in seoul too but at least you can bang them. luckily, i've never had to pay out there but i have paid here.

I heard about room salons in Korea but I never read anything about them in NY.

I was told by one provider that her friend was working in a room salon. Also another girl offered to take me because she knew the owner.
