I too miss having a regular place/masseuse to visit, but that's only because I was treated GREAT and for a REASONABLE price before they inevitably disappear/retire. When I go to a place and it's not GREAT, I never go back. That's why I've been to dozens of places, looking for that one DECENT one.

Thank you for your input. It’s good to see a reply to criticism. I think everyone in this hobby that has dealt with an agency has gotten the ‘it will be a few more minutes’ text. In this specific situation, OP shouldn’t have even booked Shina based on her recent reviews. @LushGirlfriends are you able to address her behaviour with clients at seduction and now at your agency Lush??? In regards to OP’s other point about having girls under gold type services but providing silver or bronze rather, a deceptive while advertising certain women. I had already reached out this this member in the attempts of fairly addressing his issues; and provided what I believed to be fair compensation for what the poster has described. I will admit we are a new agency, working with ladies that are a little new to the escort side of work. For the ladies, they are adjusting to a new work environment, where there are multiple rooms to handle incoming clients and managers are there and able to help set up and support the ladies directly.

The issue in question today was that the OP waited about 15-20 minutes past his appointment time for us to be ready. I readily admit that this wait time is unacceptable and apologized multiple times to the OP, as well as offered compensation to him at a rate of $1 a minute he had to wait. I believe this to be reasonable given the circumstances but it is up to him to decide if it is "humorous". I am not here to fight with the OP but to allow our side of the story for what we believe to be blown way out of proportion. The OP seems convinced that if he needs to wait 15 minutes, it must be that he is double booked. When in fact, as we have explained, it was because the prior client had overstayed by almost half an hour. Lorena, having only experience in a Spa environment is used to management to sometimes help with this time management so that is just innocent mistake. I am not making excuses for this but I also don't agree that the OP should just jump to these conclusions.

While these situations happen rarely, we definitely accept that we have room to improve and will be addressing it going forward.

From what I understand, the setup at Lush is just not COVID safe, girls sharing rooms, not much by way of hygiene, and sounds like a clusterfuck of logistics. Why bother if the service is so shitty?

For me, much safer to find either an MPA that is working independently, or ask an MPA you know if she will see you on the side, and you can be sure that no matter how many guys she is seeing at her place, its for sure safer than using someplace like Lush.

I have 3-4 great girls during lockdown that are clean, reliable, and provide much more personal, pleasurable experience than some carwash hotel near the airport.

From what I've seen the girls don't share rooms (unless you book a duo). She hangs out in her room between sessions, eat, watch TV, etc., not that different from other agency girls or indies working in hotels. It's potentially cleaner than a spa where the girls stay in a common staff room between sessions and greet walk-in clients who may or may not stay.
