The most complaints from the girls were forbidding them from asking appropriate tips. The next one was too many lady customers, the rest they don't care. She thinks the customers won't come back to her spa if the girls ask tips or ask more than 40 bucks. In reality , it's the other way around. Guys won't come back if they're not happy and will go to other spas where they can have a little more fun. Girls won't do much now bcuz they know some cheap assses will play and run away with cheap tips. That's what happened to a few girls. Guys are abusing the girls and some even sent emails to complain with exaggerated stories hoping they will get free room fees. Some even point out the tipping policy sheet on the door panel to the girls. If there are some complaints, she will penalized the girls and rewarding the cheap customer instead of helping out the girls and talking nice to the girls. So girls are afraid to talk to her and talk to me. Penalizing Minnie $60 who refused to serve a cheap customer that ran away with 40 bucks after promising her 70 bucks for 2 SOG and rewarding the guy with a free session was the most stupid decision I have ever seen. The guy was really shameless to book her again. That upsets lots of girls there.

One girl just told me again 2 days ago ( she is your fav there ) how one guy abused her and paid only 40 bucks. . A few weeks ago one girl even asked me what's going on and why some girls are quitting? There surely is some issues there but girls are afraid to talk. They all feel they are being controlled and manipulated. Some even told me they feel depressed bcuz they have no one to talk to about their problems . I was their outlet there when I was there and they can talk to and listen to and I can relay their messages to the boss. Now they have no one to vent their air.

You're right, I was wrong in washing the laundry in public forum. We all do make mistakes and we all learn through our mistakes but I am happy I was able to deliver the messages of the girls to her through here and I hope she learns something from here too, talk to the girls and make her business grow even more. She may never talk to me again but I don't really care and I will always be there for her if she ever needs me. I just hope it doesn't take 4 yrs like E&M boss..lol.

The story about Minnie was one example of my lies? lol.. You know nothing about Minnie and her life. She cried in my arms that day at the back hallway behind ladies' lounge room. Why?

I will always stand up for the working girls and try my best to help them no matter which spas they are from. I have done the same thing with Yi Ren boss , Angel spa boss, Ellagance boss, BN boss, OM boss, GRW boss and E&M boss as well. Some listen and correct their mistakes and some didn't. I just want them to be fair to the girls. I always point them out what they were doing wrong and what is not fair. If they don't listen, I stop working with them and leave. OM, BN and GRW bosses always listen to my suggestions and easiest ones to deal with.

One thing though, I found out some of the girls are really messed up and couldn't get along with any boss or anyone and just trouble makers. I have to be really careful who I was helping with or dealing with.
And I have to be very careful who I am dealing with some members in here too. One fcuker told Angela yesterday Amy was working at E&M on Thursday and I sent him a text to see Amy at E&M. How low this guy can go and how stupid Angela can be to fall for those kinds of shit and yelling at me like a mad woman. She lost her common sense since the day she found out I went back to E&M. When I asked her to show me my text she hang up on me. I have a pretty good idea who that jealous insecure asshole might be. SMH.
