ambience is simple and clean, no frills, attached shower that works, ac that works well. clean sheets, malaysian soap etc. Could not zspot a single flaw in the place.

I have been there for 4-5 times...! It's good. The counter person over there starts from 2k but show him coupons of other places and all so that at the end he will agree on 1500 for one hour. Choose any local over there... They will provide you extra services. Charges are fixed for extra services. They won't budge. All the time, I have chosen local one. They change their staff on regular bases...!
Ambience is good and rooms are pretty big.
Worth Rs. 1.5 counter.
Damages - 1.5 counter + 2k for B2b.
