Not always customer’s fault it MPA or spa screws up.
Like i had said, I wasn’t told that she’s running 15-30 minutes late, she was a no-show and person booking night before had no clue.
Like today she’s not on schedule, but she has usually worked on Sundays in the past. Booking today at 10.15 am won’t help anyone. Anyhow, it’s just a bad experience for the customer and given the number of options in the area, I won’t be booking here for a while.

You are absolutely right if you book the day before, then I agree its the mistake of the spa. Usually Spas should know the schedule a week in advance. Communication with Mamasan and the receptionist should be aligned but miscommunication happens to the best of us. Talk to Mamasan she is normally accomodating. Honestly, there is good talent at Suko. Try other stars like Happy, Emily or Yuki maybe trying booking them in the morning.
