Mr Bigbucks gets up every morning at 3 30 am to work while everyone is still sleeping. He has nice cars and vacations ets. The others complain that this isn't fair, and that doesn't work, and it's too hard, and there aren't any jobs, and I'm ethnic, and I'm gay......fkn on and on!!

Bottom line is, while the majority are complaining the select few high functioning are doing what the others won't do.

This same philosophy is now in the massage industry. Everyone feels that they are entitled to what others get.
Maybe MR Milege has game, he's got class, he's charming, he's clean, he smells good, he's good looking, he's fit, he tips well!

Mr Nomilege figures that he deserves the same when he doesn't have the same attributes.

Understandably, the spas want to make as much money as possible so they would like to find a way for as many customers as possible to come to their spa and be returning clients. Hence, the service expectation for ALL clients.

Again, broken record, but i feel sorry for these poor girls that work for spas that expect them to offer the same service for all clients.

As the saying goes. It's all business. And it's not small business. Go to PMall or some smaller Chinese malls if you want to see small business. Some literally each transaction is less than $10 less than $20. I walk by and think, they wouldn't be making much if they're swamped with customers, but they're not, even with the low price.

These girls are charging good amount per hour with a high-margin service business. And they don't need to file and pay taxes if they don't want to. It's all business, if they don't like the spa, they can leave, some other girl will happily take that money.

As someone else mentioned, if we talk about pressure. Instead of pressure from boss, more likely it's pressure from money going into the pockets of other girls.

So why don't you make the case to the owner of the spa? Or more explicitly, why don't you accuse the owner of not being considerate enough of the girls?

The customers on this website, we're not the ones literally adding the extra "+" to the ad posting. Why don't you go to the chain of people that literally added the extra "+" to that posting? Instead of making the case to a bunch of people who was not in that chain?

Nobody here expects that rating system with "+" signs. I didn't know what it means until yesterday. And pretty much no other spa in GTA has that "+++" rating system, and you don't see posters here going into literally every other spa thread and asking them "why don't you have the +++ system like Bellagio has? we're not going to your spa until you do". There's literally no pressure from commenters/general users to implement this system in other spas.

So why are you arguing with us random people? Someone invented that rating system. Go to them. Don't go off on random guys on the board, as if we're storming at spas demanding the rating system.

Please speak up with the inventor and owner of the rating system. Please speak up with the person who can remove the system with one posting.

Most people, like me, are not interested in telling other people how to run their business. As example, I don't tell diamond companies to not use blood diamond, I simply don't buy diamonds. But I'm also not going to lecture people who buy diamonds, b/c that's their business. Does that make me a bad guy? You tell me.

What I'm saying is. Maybe you can respect people, like me, who has this view on life. I think it's rather gauche to visit a newly-wed diamond selection forum and lecture every poster there on the human life toll of diamond mining. I think the same idea applies here.

I was in the area, ended up going to Bellagio after a weird experience at another spa in the area. Cherry recommended me Lillian if I'm ever there and she's not, so I went. I pulled in, saw this cute, comfy looking asian girl with glasses walking to her car. I thought at first it was a mom because of the ballet place next door, but I knew it was Lillian. I'm like damn, shes wifey, LOL. So I go in, Sophie comes out. Sophie is a great wing woman, I always want another girl and I ask for Lillian. Sophie bolts at the door, thankfully Lillian was still in her car and she told her to come back . Lol. So in walks Lillian. Damn, she's actually quite cute, and she also is pretty great at massage. Not Cherry level but she's still quite good, very caring as well. I think I might be in trouble boys, I like them both. Finish is actually pretty decent too.
