2. In my experience, if the MPA doesn't ask, it's because she knows you are a regular client at the spa and therefore understand the going rates for extras. Not tipping is considered bad. The only exception is if the MPA is considerably older and out of shape compared to the other girls at the spa, i.e. she's doing extras just to remain competitive with much hotter girls.

I've had a few sessions at Pure and S9 within limits and it has never killed the mood. But to be fair the girl never asked me if I wanted extras in those cases. Just went with the flow.

The girls at the Premier chain are usually quite professional. If you choose to stay within limits, they usually have a well-practiced routine that leaves you satisfied.

No need to overthink this. Some spas just combine the door fee and the bodyslide service fee into an all-inclusive rate. e.g. For $150 hh at Perla, $50 is door fee going to the spa, and $100 is the bodyslide service fee going to the girl. It avoids the occasional cheating client who refuses to pay the service fee at the end of the session.
