going down in your tip is sketchy. Me and my regular had union negotiations and there was a lot of fireworks but we solved it for 9 months now and amicable for both sides.

ETA: I was going to let you figure it out but I don’t think you will, so I will spell it out for you. I mean, I came from a mostly holistic background myself. There’s two main differences in a semi session and a holistic session. The first is time - 60 minutes versus 30 minutes makes a huge difference in pacing. Definitely don’t feel as rushed in a semi as a holistic spa. And the get-to-know-you portion helps a lot. The second is that semi girls don’t have sex all that often. And definitely not with every customer. So if you are lucky enough to be those customers, then it’s a much better experience because they *want* to have sex with you instead of having to with every customer.

The one major downside is that a vast majority of semis don’t allow sex. So you have to be quiet and discrete. So you can’t be railing the girl all Willy nilly . It’s not too uncommon for the mamasan to be standing outside the door listening to make sure you aren’t up to any good, so that’s a huge challenge to overcome.

Good points, personally I don't like the "transactional" nature of holistic spas.

And don't forget, most customers go to semi spas because they actually want a good massage too...not everyone is seeking the higher level services.

Yeah. I only mentioned the holistic part because I used to frequent them and I guess so does that guy. The feeling is much different. Tbh when I want a good massage - I don’t want the services. So I have to explicitly tell the girl not to do anything or just go to a legit place. And hopefully that doesn’t backfire on me.

First, I want to say we've been pretty lucky in terms of room fees. For the most part, they haven't changed in close to 10 years (maybe more).

However, I have noticed tip amounts creeping higher. Customers have been paying more these days resulting in the girls expecting more.

Below is my take on the tip amounts (note: this is for semi-legit spas and is only the tips, room fees are extra, I'm assuming a 1hr session).

• Massage Only - $20
• Basic HJ, maybe some light outside touching - $40-50
• Basic HJ and topless - $50-60
• Completely nude while standing up - $70
• Nude Reverse (MPA gets naked and lets you massage her while she's lying down) - $80
• Basic body slide (MPA gets naked and slides her body against yours) - $80-90
• "Enhanced" body slide (same as above but may include some nice extras like Daty, DFK, Pussy Slide) - $90-100
• BS + BBBJ (I know we're talking semi-legit but I find this is becoming more prevalent) - $100-110
• BJ + FS (in case things get this far) - $130-$150

Thoughts? Do you guys agree?

For massage only I’ve tipped 60 on top of the 1hr room fee. This is because the girl’s massage was exceptional. The rest of the numbers are aligned with today’s rates imo.

Pretty much a vast majority of the MPAs I have met work very hard at their job. There are always exceptions of course but by and large, they are hard working. Then again, it could just be a selection bias that I have.

Third, you didn’t even notice the fact that there is much different styles in how a holistic spa session works versus a semi. If you can’t appreciate the difference between wham-bam-thank-you-maam service versus a longer drawn out session, I feel sorry for any future partners (of any species) that you may have.

Lastly, you say you aren’t new but then threads like you exclaiming how you managed to get fs at a semi legit spa is pretty telling. Those that do typically don’t say they do. And it’s very much a YMMV sort of thing. I am a relative newb in this scene, and all I can say is that in the past 5 months or so, I’ve had more better sex in semis than I have had in holistic spas.
