but if they just keep getting customers and making lots of cash, what does it matter if objectively they have terrible customer service. They're already making enough money, which is what matters to the business.

I am regular at VIP and sometimes booking a girl (phone or text) or getting them to tell you who’s in at the moment is a breeze. You just ask them and a complete reply with all the details you need comes through in minutes.

However, sometimes the person on the phone or replying the texts is, uh, a bit curt.
