BTW, Speaking of JR, cute Eva gave me a high quality massage, but only a very brief flip with clothes fully on and no touching - I still tipped $50 for 60 minutes, which may have been $10 too much - just wonder how she earns a decent living with so low service - or does she pick which guys to give better service to and thus get some bigger tips during the day??

PS: When there is such low service like this from a more asian petite mpa, I sometimes wonder if they are subconsciously scared from white devils ?? lol (versus I just hit it off great with bigger build Thai Jenny, who kindly threw more services on the table without me asking) - kinds funny why one mpa was turned on by me and another not at the very same spa??

Eva is well known as the most restrictive lady at JR. I feel sorry for those who fell for the fake review by DD. She told me clearly she hates sex and hates being touched. You didn't over tipped her. Most guys tipped her 50 and up and she has a few regular customers of her own seeing her for her massage.

This spa needs more exposure. Good or bad doesn't matter. Lots of guys still asking where this spa is located and who to see. The location and the poor signage didn't help much. That alone is good for a 10-20%+ increase in business. It leaves a visual of where it is located with all that read this forum.

Ask Tina about this. A friend of mine came over last week to get something from me. I gave him proper directions exactly the way you posted. He came over , drove up and down in front of HR about 3-4 times and still couldn't find Woodbine Wellness. I had to go out and flagged him down. Just wonder how many went into HR after missing out WWC As I have posted a while back, I discovered Tina and her spa just by going in there out of curiosity while visiting HR.

FIRST building. Visuals

If you see retail leases from all the big companies, they are very meticulous on their exposure and vistas. No build zones that would block their view. And they don’t need it. This is a destination spot. Usually guys don’t just drive by and say hey Im going in to check this place out (except me )

It also has advantages of being discreet. HR is more in your face. Both work.
Ive seen guys park at Wendy’s and walk over.
It’s a huge established mature neighborhood. Everyone cuts through McIntosh to go into the Saddlebrook neighborhood so guys could be self conscious of their vehicle seen in front of a spa.
Almost all homes were purchased before the crazy boom so will probably be paid off. Lots of extra income to spend.

The place survived for multiple years without MP.
this subdivision was built in the mid to late 80s when all the HK buyers were on buying frenzies.
many are still living here but many sold and went back when they didn’t see the tanks roll in from the mainland.
I always found the HK businessmen savvy and successful in what they did. I wouldn’t call them cheap but value seekers which I identify with.
I’d rather have a savvy customer as he is more stable and better as a repeat for the long run.
I don’t give much credit to the “drunk sailor “ that blows his wad a couple times and you never see him again.

We all know Grandpa Jelly never got too much love from the JR girls. Especially from Eva. Sadly she Didn't like him or found him attractive. Lol Another guy thank me for Recommendation with Eva. He had a great massage and a little extra added fun with her. Anyhow, Old man would brag and would tell people " The mileage I get and you get would be totally different" no different here. Unfortunately he didn't get his way her, for his so many years of trying .lol..i will share Some girls maybe restrictive, but if they like you, have a good connection and find you physically attractive. You will certainty get a little more fun. Don't worry like the saying goes there is other fish at sea...

With the newly found exposure of WW on MP, I can’t stress how important the image of the place that’s getting chiseled out now is.
it cannot be everything to everyone. If it takes the direction that GRW took, it will 110% fail.
my vision is more along the lines of a boutique style EM.
Instead of running $10 discounts it will be able to charge a $10 premium and customers will gladly pay it (but not yet).
If I’m in a room enjoying a quiet massage and what ever else with my favourite attendant and I hear a girl in the next room moaning through the walls, I may be entertained but turned off at the same time.

Either you weren’t descriptive enough or your friend didn’t understand. my office is more difficult to find but nobody has a difficult time finding it when I give directions. The ethnic UberEats drivers do seem to struggle

This place definitely has poor visual exposure/signage. I know where this place is
and I still have to scan the other signs before seeing WWC. Could see guys driving
past, seeing HR right away and then going to next plaza, then back and maybe
going to rear even.

Yes that is good but even driving from Timmies into the plaza.
Summer that tree in full bloom, forget it but even with zero leaves
you will see Sybill wellness, drive thru to HR then next plaza.
It is behind the first tree.

40+ 30 from 60 minute door fee =70 times 5/6 customers a day , 350 - 420 $ a day , tax free … how does she survive .WTF !
