It depends on which internet apps you're using. Chrome has no problem but internet explorer has that issue.

The other day she complained there was no pictures showing. But it was showing in my computer. Sometimes I see only a link of the picture, not the image. I am not a tech savy guy, so I don't really know what's up with the computers.

Error will be displayed on Server logs. Missing file, web error 404 or server error 400 series. Most likely she's referencing a pic on her phone if using it to create the entry. The web server cannot access the phone reference. iPhone? possibly the file was archived to the Apple cloud. Just a suggestion. Could be OS version on the iPhone , if an iPhone. Or a file security issue, or damaged file. Many possibilities.

Yes, could be a multiple device issue. Laptop and phone. If alternating between both, stick to the one which is working. Some postings are successful.
