Just spoke to her and she said she will find a way to solve that phone problem. She said it happens only when she is alone at the spa.

Seen her several times. Only once answered the phone when it rang, she didn’t answer then immediate callback so she apologized and answered. She was only one there so I was ok with it

Common shower for sure. Very clean though. Not sure if any in room. Only been in the first room.

one common shower, its not the biggest spa, but its clean and Ella is great and enthusiastic.

I guess I will have to talk to her about the phone calls. The problem is it's a smal spa and they can't afford the receptionist. I would suggest they have a call center and those who call her to hang up after 2 rings and follow up with a text. If she is free she always answer promptly. She may have to find a way what suits her best.

Your best bet will be Shirley at Golden Rose Water on Tuesdays, Wed, Thur and Saturdays. Very good massage and very easy going. If you are into looks, Lola today at SH, great massage, good touch but she is restrictive.
