Haha yes. I do have a road bike I use to punish my nether regions for hours at a time. Hence my legs.

ETA: interesting thing about cycling - almost everyone I cycle with is male. I also run and pretty much everyone I run with is female. None of my guy friends run despite trying to get them to. And none of my female friends cycle because they feel it’s too dangerous. And here I am, 2km from shore in an OC1 without a life vest and not able to swim.

There is nothing like a great foot massage and the $80 deal for 1/2 hour foot plus 1 hour body massage caught my interest. Great combo for less than the price of a straight 90 minute massage. So I visited JR to give it a go, and I am very glad I did as my feet feel blissfully relaxed.

The wonderful Sasa was suggested by the receptionist (the girl at the desk is fluent in English and competent and pleasant). Got in the room with chairs and a table and Sasa brings in the pail of hot water for the pre-massage soak, smiles and says she will be right back. And a great smile it was; and first impressions were soon confirmed when she returned: short fashionable haircut framed her super cute face, upbeat, sparkly personality and a real calm and pleasant demeanour. She apologized for her limited English, but a foot massage to start was a great opportunity for google translate to prove its worth, and allowed an easy ice-breaking conversation to get to know each other. She is a smart girl, attractive in every sense, with a very appealing hour glass shape, and she really laughs and smiles with her eyes: just a genuine nice lady and a joy to be with.

Her foot massage was thorough, less pain than some Thai variations I have tried but Sasa knows her stuff, and tense spots gradually melted in her skilled hands. Enjoyed the habitual eye contact and progression of the conversation and felt that click of instant connection. She told me she would do a good job for me, and Sasa kept her word. A few hours later, and I still have that tingly feel in my feet and shins and all soreness has been banished.

When time came for the massage Sasa again displayed real skill, she has nice arms, not skinny, and her strength was evident as she went to work on my shoulders, which I had mentioned was an ongoing concern. Great technique on my delts and my traps using fingers, elbows, forearms and a variety of pressure point activation and stretching that identified the sore points then gradually released the knots as the massage progressed. Top quality massage continued as she worked the rest of my body for the hour before a very nice and slow teasing transitioned to happy time.

As per JR, a strict semi-legit experience was on offer, no access below her belt, but a skilled intense and very sensual use of her hands to build through the five stages of pleasure until release. The girl aims to please, has a decent dirty talking game (limited English, guessing Chinese speakers might get more nuance), and what was on display was lovely, and tender and naughty at the same time. The girl knows her stuff, has real chops, and meets the Ambler seal of approval for genuine fun and a caring effort. Chef's kiss for the wonderful Sasa, just a great overall experience that brightened my day.

Unlike OG, I need to catch my breath sometimes.

I will be back soon for the foot combo again, too good a deal. Practically skipped on the incline treadmill watching the Leaf's fire off 1 shot through the first period last night, and after lunch today feet still felt amazing as I powered through a quick 45 minute session. Sasa was fire, and I will be back soon. Any advice on a similarly skilled foot masseuse working on other days?

Sharing a few of my experiences at Just Relax thread -

I have seen Selina a couple of times, she is young and reminds me of one of my classmate in University from China. English is slightly above basic, but difficult to maintain an intermediate level conversation.
The massage is medium to strong. I found the oil massage part really interesting as she uses a ton of that warm oil while massaging your glutes and inner thighs and teases you from behind. It's an extremely slippery mess, but feels good. On the flip, she is restrictive in the sense that sometimes I get only over the clothes touching, but other times, a bit more. Her breasts are nice to play with, they are large in the JR context.
The release part is good and slow.
During the head massage after the release, she tries to play with my nipples and then get me hard without offering another release! O

Couldn't resist spoiling myself, so stopped by this morning for another round of the foot/body 90 minute combo. May review later, but leaving out the particulars I can say that it was an excellent experience. Really the best sort of self-care a man on the go can luxuriate in.

Cici was on the front desk and she makes the whole experience stress free and crystal clear. JR is classy and clean, and just a well organized shop. I cannot recommend Just Relax enough, and especially the value for money, and just damned exhilarating pleasures of the foot/body combo. A High class establishment that leaves me feeling like the Han Emperor surrounded by the lovely and dedicated ladies of his court. Bloody Hen Hao!
