Not really. In those days Toe88 and Moonwaiting are major players and they got the first crack to pick girls imported by two Korean recruiting agencies ran by Jay and Michael. Korean girls prefer working at MW and Toe88 in those days cuz they have the most regular Asian customers. All coming in with visiting visa almost every yr in those days and all working in Vancouver, Halifax, Montreal, Alberta and Ontario. Not just Toronto and they were going back and forth to US and Canada. Koreans do not need visa to enter Canada and were allowed to stay 6 months.
