Had the same experience with rita. First time I been there since they move to metro vendome location. Older woman greets me, very friendly and the place is clean and nice. I pay, take shower and rita comes in, fat girl, maybe thirties, not good looking. But I always liked this place at the old location so why not. rita asks me if I been there before. Told her I saw christine, marsha, denise and others at old location. she start message. I think she getting relaxed more than me because she is not putting much into it. After 40 min she asks me to turnover. No smile. I get frendlier treatment at the deppanneur! She ask what options I want in very rude way. So I don't want expensive option because if its the same quality as the massage, I know I am going to be dissapointed. So I say I want an HJ. She says What! You take an hour and all you want is an HJ? She's flipping out on this. No one ever does this she says for an hour you at least take topless. Now I have had massages all over the world from Thailand to Europe. Most of the time, I take an hour with HJ and there's no problem. I tip 20 to 40 depending on quality. And at Carmen the quality is usually high so I am always generous there. Anyway, she says she won't do that. The girls here work for tips, she says and an HJ for an hour is not enough. Now she's raising her voice and I am totally turned off. So I ask her politely, what does she think is apprropriate for an hour massage? At first she avoids the question. So I ask, what is the minimum she expects. She says body to body, topless, anything but a HJ. I tell her I have 40. She says OK, I can get topless for that. But she goes on saying she's never heard of anyone just taking an HJ after an hour massage. Anyway, I was really annoyed now and the idea of seeing this cow topless was not something I wanted to think about or pay 40 to see. Truth is I am not in the mood for anything after all this bullshit so I said, Look I'm the customer and I just want a HJ. She repeats this is unheard of. I tell her I have been to carmen many times and even paid for FS once in a while but I am the customer and I will decide what I will take and today I will just call it quits. As I get up, she asks What does that mean? Your leaving? Yes I say. You gave me a half assed massage, your telling me what options to take, your rude and I'm leaving. So she storms out. As I'm leaving the place, the older lady receptionist asks me if anything is wrong. I told her the whole story. She apologized and said she would tell her boss. Anyway, maybe I will go back, maybe not. But if I do, I will book an appointment with one of the ladies I know, that's for sure, I don't need to pay 55 for a crappy experience.

Has Carmen's moved from its location on decarie south of sherbrooke? Or is it that they just renovated the place and now the entrance is from the parking lot instead of off the street?

Like Czar said, they moved.

They are now on deMaisonneuve in the new building across the street and just one block to the West of the Vendome metro.

You can enter through the front door but they suggest you use the side entrance as it is more discrete.

The place and the receptionist are top notch (she's just so gosh-darned friendly!) but I've yet to hear anyone describe a positive experience since the move.

My own experience there with Laura was lacklustre at best.

I've seen Christine and Marsha at the new place and both were great as usual. I also had rita but I had a better experience than reported here. Although not as good as Marsha, she got the job done. No attitude as others reported. Maybe ymmv....

My experience with Rita wasn't as bad as Myles, but she is pretty unpleasant, lazy and quite unattractive. I can understand YMMV for special treatment but she has apparently disappointed two of us for pretty basic services. Carmen's has always been very well run and its possible that they straightened out Rita since Myles and I had her so as to make sure she didn't piss off too many clients.

Figured I'd give the place a second chance.

I got Marsha and I was not disappointed. In fact, I was so "not disappointed" that I had 20 minutes left on the clock when the massage had met its logical conclusion. Being the class act that she is, Marsha tried her best to get me going for round 2. It was a no-go, however, and instead she got me a cold drink and cuddled with me until the time ran out.

If there was any "dissatisfaction" to be had, it was in no part due to Marsha (or is it "Masha"?).

She's a little bit older than I'm used to in masseuses but she's got a nice tight little body that gave me no complaints. What she lacks in youth, she makes up for experience and technique.

The massage itself lacked a little technique but she puts a lot of effort into it that gets it a B+ from me.

After the flip, there were no complaints on her "technique" whatsoever (hence the 20 minutes remaining on the clock).

Would I repeat?
Hmmmmm...there is an abundant supply of pretty young things in my immediate area but this place is the closest. With that convenience, the clean "newness" of the place, the discrete side entrance and Marsha's own skilled techniques, I'd say I'd give this place more business in the future. As long as Marsha's available.

Of course, I wouldn't mind giving Christine a try.

Either way, Marsha redeemed this place in my eyes.

Wow...it is amazing how everyones tastes are so different. I've had great full service from Marsha and everyone else at this place. IMO Marsha has the MILF next door look, curvy soft figure. Not sure where the "squarish" description comes from, but to each their own and YMMV.

I went to Clinique carmen a couple times in the old location. I have experienced Masha and it was great.
I think I also had Anita which was amazing. I certainly remember that one. BBBJ, DATY, and FS

I have visited a couple times to the new location and had two different girls, neither of them good at all. One was blond and another French Canadien Brunette. Both offered the standard 40-60-80. I'm still not sure what you get for either of those, cuz I paid and didn't get much.
But that doesn't mean I won't go back. Probably stick with Masha or Anita when available.

I visited this place a couple of days ago. Could only get Christina. I never had her before so decided to try her out. Mistake ! A one hour session: 55 was paid for in advance to the receptioninst. This girl looks OK and has nice body but she is extremely greedy. I also don't like her behaviour; she appears kind of a cold and unnatural personality. Massage was OK. She offered HJ for 40, and thai for 80 as the only options. For me thai, as it is performed in most of the massage parlours is just a missunderstanding of the entire concept and waste of time & money, so I took HJ with some clothes off for 50. As the "job" progressed she started pressing me to add more money to get panities off or perhaps just bra. I declined these "temptations" and stayed with partly naked (panties & bra on) HJ which was not too bad. But at the end Christina went to take a shower (alone) and the session was cut short by 17 minutes. She was in rush to finish me off as fast as possible and that's something I really hate. New place is quite nice and has got modern showers in the rooms. But I think Masha and Anita are definitely the best asstes of this place.
