Yes I agree with you that in the grand scheme of things that it is probably rare. But like any industry, it runs the whole range of good to bad. The majority of ladies have plenty of money to squander... probably a lot more than us.
But I am sure there most certainly is a percentage of this industry that falls into that category. It's just not openly broadcasted. And there are also some Doucebags that turn a blind eye to satisfy their "wolf-like" cravings.
Not saying this BH place is like that...just that the mentality of this Douche pretty much matches that if the kind of clientele that would have no problem with that scenario.

I don't think the concept of what human trafficking is, has truly sank in. It is essentially human slavery. You don't need to live in a jail like room with shackles to be trapped. There is many ways to bind someone to do your will, soft ways to intimidate and manipulate.

It's impossible for every girl in this industry to be trafficked, but it is equally impossible to say that it doesn't exist. You are not dealing with black and white totalitarian views, but a bunch of shades of grey.

I am absolutely not saying that human trafficking doesn't exist. Where are you getting that from? Of course trafficking exists!

Nevertheless, the majority of women who are sex workers voluntarily choose their profession. They are not coerced. This is a choice they freely make as independent adults. To assume otherwise is not only patronizing, but it's the driving force of most laws worldwide that make it so much more difficult for sex workers to work in their chosen occupation.

Lots of sex workers have their own cars, by the way.

I’ve known a few independent SPs outside of the hobby. Some have done quite well saving the money and investing in multiple condos and homes. Kids to private schools and high end universities. Others have squandered money on booze, trips and drugs. They started “innocent” and not knowing much at a spa and smart up to be on their own to manage their own brand. Can’t assume anything. They have their own reasons. Some have come out right saying sex is an addiction and they want to be paid for their addiction instead of the other way around.

Only reason why they would get busted is cause of trafficking which they were charged with; the girls won't normally say shit cause it's their livelihood while they're here. But apparently one did. MW got some small run ins with the law while they were operating but nothing as big as this. Those previous ones probably helped build the case for the arrests.
