In my SP days the Korean recruiter Jay sometimes brought in the newly arrived Korean girls to my place for test drives while they are waiting for open spots at MW and TOE88. I only pay tips for the girls. Jay made the decisions which girl go to which shop according to my feed back. The good girls go to MW and TOE88, the so so ones go to Toronto Oriental or Eden Dreams. Most girls prefer working at MW bcuz they know MW was the busiest one.
