Unfortunately, not everyone who craves my attention can get it. The person who just quoted my post and accused me of using uncommon words is not worthy of me directly addressing him/her but I will on the sideline post an analysis of the post this person quoted. Saying that I am not smart because I only use "uncommon" words to try and sound smart.
I read over the post and found that a total of 323 words were written, of which 28 words were 3 syllables or longer, meaning that 295 of those words were 1 or 2 syllable words. The word fuck is a 1 syllable word, so that's common. Words like "person" with two syllables are also common, I assume. For the sake of my analysis I put the word "deity" in the big word pile, just because I understand that "God" as a single syllable alternative would be more commonly used.

These are all the "big words" in my text. Which one is uncommon?
That leaves me with the conclusion that if I sound smart to you is probably because I make sense when I write, irrespective (meaning not because of) my use of "big words" because unless you are not familiar with any of the words in this list, then you should consider picking up a book more often or at least reading the news. I am not pretentious but I am discerning of whom I am going to speak with on this place, just because we are discussing hookers doesn't mean I have to sound like an idiot doing it.
