Looking for attention or not doesn't sway the fact of what the spa is doing to the girls there or how they are being treated. At the same time, the girls know that tons of members are on different boards who talk to the owners and managers from the spa, as well as the owners and managers themselves being part of this board. If she was lying for attention then other agencies would not hire her as they know it would affect their business as they would become labelled with her.

It being from seduction doing it to other spas or agencies in the industry the point is that its out there and it shouldn't be tolerated.

If the accusations are true on what seduction is doing in terms of what they want the girls to provide as services or the fines that they give the girls or pocketing the money, then shame on the spa in general.

So let me get this straight..your contracted to work at a spa where your body is used to perform a service.

Let's compare this is to a independent contractor I hire on home stars.

The contractor shows they are avaible for a appointment. I book ahead. I plan my day and prepare for my appointment then I find out they never made it in. So I just wasted my time rearranging my day , driving there to find out shes didnt show up. Yeah you should be fined.

Ok shes on her period. Based on her body being used for providing most services and it's not 100% available you should stay the fuck home. If I hire a carpenter and 1 hand is broken they cant perform the job 100%. Wait for it to heal and come back to work. I dont want 50% effort. I have seen girls who told me there on there period. "So why the fuck are at work ? " because there greedy and want to make money. You know what guys come for and it's not to hear its your time of the month.

You girls are still clearing 1k a week easily at a minimum. Tax free and collecting CERB if there smart. Most of the Complaining seems be be around rules to keep things operational and within some boundaries. It's not a handout you show up if you want and charge whatever you want.

In the case of Seductions it is more pronounced then Premier as Seductions schedules a lot more girls then customers, for example they schedule 10 to 12 girls on average at Keele. This has led to some drama among the girls whose earnings are down and there is dissatisfaction with management as they blame them for not giving them good shifts or steering customers to other girls. Even at Premier this was the reason that some girls moved from Premier to Seductions due to not getting the schedule they wanted. Personally I expect you will see a lot more drama in January and February next year as I think it will be even slower for the SPAs as customers will reduce their visits because of Christmas spending.

You are correct most of the rules are pretty standard sets to run a spa. To be a successful SPA/escort business you need to walk a middle ground between keeping the customers happy and keeping the girls (talent) happy. Ideally what seductions should do is reduce the number of girls on each shift to better match demand. This will increase the earnings of the less popular girls who will have less competition to attract clients and will reduce pressure on the girls to offer unsafe services like BBFS and increase the satisfaction with the spa. The other thing they need to do is be more transparent with fines as one of the issues the girls raised with is the abuse of fines by managers.

She said she WASN'T free to set rates for extras at Seduction and they got fined for setting higher rates, or for not providing extras either. Again it's fucked up imo. Management shouldn't have a say in extras.

It is not the dollar value that needs transparency, it is (1) some girls get fined and some girls don’t get find for the same issue and (2) she claimed managers were fining the girls and pocketing the money. How fines are handed out and who Is receiving the money is the part that requires transparency.
