I wish I owned spas. Would have been better than a lot of my investments. I see it as positive the spa is trying to improve things but obviously it's not all rainbows and unicorns behind the scenes. I think because customers can walk-in anytime. If multiple girls are not available for meet and greet because they are outside smoking, spa can lose that customer if client doesnt see any one he likes from the limited selection.

Allowing girls to charge whatever insane amount they feel is their "market rate" and punishing clients with terrible sessions if they fail to oblige sounds like business suicide to me.

It is not the dollar value that needs transparency, it is (1) some girls get fined and some girls don’t get find for the same issue and (2) she claimed managers were fining the girls and pocketing the money. How fines are handed out and who Is receiving the money is the part that requires transparency.

What this guy luvnewpussey does not understand is that at most spas in the GTA including Premier and Seductions the number of customer visits is down. This has increased the disparity in earnings among the girls leading to some drama. In the case of Seductions it is more pronounced then Premier as Seductions schedules a lot more girls then customers, for example they schedule 10 to 12 girls on average at Keele. This has led to some drama among the girls whose earnings are down and there is dissatisfaction with management as they blame them for not giving them good shifts or steering customers to other girls. Even at Premier this was the reason that some girls moved from Premier to Seductions due to not getting the schedule they wanted. Personally I expect you will see a lot more drama in January and February next year as I think it will be even slower for the SPAs as customers will reduce their visits because of Christmas spending.
